Summary
This module is designed around Cypress® CYW20735B1, a Bluetooth 5.0 compliant, 96 MHz Cortex TM M4 core, ultra-low-power SoC. It has built in 2 MB ROM that stores Bluetooth stack and offloads flash usage. It has 384 KB RAM on chip to sustain large application code running. This module has integrated a 4 Mbit SPI flash to store the application code. This architecture provides a good flexibility for customers,application code size expansion through Over-the-Air upgrading. This module connects to an external antenna on a customer product board via its RF pin. The CYW20735B1 provides excellent range performance with its Class 1 transmitting power up to 12 dBm and its best-in-class receiving sensitivity at -93 dBm for BLE.
